Dead Tree Removal – Austin Ateer
I asked Austin to look into removing the dead tree in the group by the garbage enclosure.
I asked hi to leave the down tree for a team to split for the wood pile.

Parsonage Driveway getting rough at bottom

Driveway at bottom is poor shape – 2/14/16 asked Tim Segault to give his opinion and get back to me.Photos taken 2/15/16 on a very rainy day.

Tim Segault gave me his report.
Tim says we ned to scrape out the dirt and earth and get the are backdown to the base gravel. Then bring in 2 truck loads of gravel.
His estimate is $1500

Family Center Thermostat Fireside Room west wall broken
Fireside room thermostat dial broken – 2/13/16 took pictures a gin looking for replacement.

Hi Ryan,
I just cleaned the family center tonight and had a couple of things to mention –– The heater switch in the main entry room is broken. I tried changing it with some pliers, but it won’t budge! It’s set a little high, around 65-70 degrees.
– There don’t seem to be any working lights in the classroom adjacent to the playground, closest to the Moss house.Thanks!

Hi Meredith,
1. I checked out the lighting in the “Seal Pup” room. This is the room at then of the hallway left of the restroom for the smaller s kid sunday school class.
The light switch is way over in side the room at the closet. Not sure why it is there but there it is.Is that the room you were indicating the light issue?
2. I looked at all the Thermostats in the Fireside room off the kitchen. (The main upstairs room)
I did not see an issue with them. I was able to rotate and hear the thermostat click on and off as the temp setting changed.
I did notice the base board heater was hot as in on and hot but the setting was set to heat as it was a colder day and the room had not gotten to temp.
The west wall opposite the Deck does have a broken dial that I am exploring a replacement on.Can you help me understand the issue better or does this resolve your questions?

Family Center Fireside Room Door to Deck Deteriorating
Fireside room external door leak – 2/13/16 spoke with Terry Moran-Hodge about what do. He said it probably needs to be taken apart and fixed. He would look at it this week.
